Asthma can be a frightening disease for a child to face, because sometimes breathing is difficult, if not impossible.  Asthmactic children often miss school and they can be restricted from physical activity, causing their grades and their self-esteem to suffer.

At Puffers Kingdom, I realize that children have special needs when it comes to treating asthma.  My goal is to teach children how to take an active role in their treatment by providing fun and educational asthma management activities.  Puffers Kingdom provides children and their parents with some of the tools they need to effectively help control asthma.

I believe that it is crucial for parents and children to have a clear understanding of how to prevent complications caused by asthma. And work closely with their healthcare team in managing their kids asthma.  In fact, following a complete asthma management plan are proven to reduce emergeny room visits, hospital stays, missed school days and restricted activity.
